The Team

The Pastoral Care Ministries Team is a dedicated group of leaders who are driving impactful programs across various key areas of ministry. They collaborate closely with partners such as the Diocesan Youth Department, the Ministry of Health and Wellness – Bahamas National Drug Council, the Royal Bahamas Police and Defense Forces, Social Services, and committed laypeople.

 

One of the standout initiatives is mentoring youth through the Power Up!! program, which is led by Thea Storr Knowles, Andrew Albury & D'Ondré Miller. 

 

The team also provides invaluable guidance through Virtual Parenting Sessions, facilitated by Rev. Cheryl Carroll, Anastacia Thompson, Denise White, and David Bartlett Sr. 

 

Rev. Carroll oversees counseling for perpetrators with support from Rev. Palacious, while Audrey Major-Rolle and Marie Cooper lead Prayer and Healing initiatives. 

 

Under the leadership of Fr. Roderick Bain, the Family Life Commission remains a stronghold for family-centered ministry. 

 

Together, the work of this team continues to have a profound impact on lives at the diocesan, national, provincial, and global levels, and we take great pride in their achievements.
