About Us
Our
Story
Pastoral Care is a vital ministry of the Diocese, serving the community through three core areas:
-
Family Violence Prevention
-
Prayer and Healing
-
Family Life Commission
Each arm of our ministry is rooted in compassion, purpose, and a deep commitment to supporting families and individuals across our nation. Here’s how we do that:
1. Family Violence Prevention Ministry
This ministry is action-oriented, addressing the complex realities of domestic abuse and its impact on families. Our work is three-fold:

2. Prayer and Healing Ministry
Our prayer ministry provides spiritual support, emotional healing, and confidential counselling to those facing life’s trials. With trained intercessors and counsellors, we offer hope and restoration through faith and community.
3. Family Life Commission Ministry
The Family Life Commission works to strengthen family bonds, promote healthy relationships, and support spiritual growth in the home. From marriage enrichment to parenting resources, this ministry is the heartbeat of family wellness within the Church.
Our Vision
We believe that strong families and safe communities begin with awareness, intervention, healing, and support. Through prayer, education, and partnership, we work to make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve. We’re building a vibrant online community where healing, empowerment, and connection are just a click away.
We’re grateful to serve in this mission — and with increased support and resources, we are ready to do even more.
